Bill's Bio
< ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
Bill was born in Oak Harbor Washington, but has lived in Jacksonville Florida for most of his life. Bill has been involved in music since around 13 years old, when he self-taught himself on guitar. However, drums were his real passion. Bill played drums in a few bands locally when in high school and two years of junior college.

After joining the Navy in 1982, his interest in guitar picked back up and he got involved in the country music scene while stationed in Jacksonville.

In 1988 Bill was transferred to Virginia Beach Va. and assigned to fighter squadron 142 aboard the USS Eisenhower. Bill got involved with the ship’s band and played all over the Mediterranean area booked through the USO.

Out of the Navy and working for NADEP Jacksonville, Bill met Robert Grigg and John Kincaid who were forming the band Wild Card. At that time Bill was lead singer and Bass player for the band Ghostrider. Ghostrider split up and this left Bill unemployed in the music business.

As luck would have it Wild Card lost their Bass player and asked Bill to join up. Bill plays bass for the band, sings, and plays guitar also. Bill states, “This is the most fun I have had in a band in a very long time! Wild Card is the best bunch of guys I have been associated with in music! We absolutely have a blast!”
